Jake Bergevin has enjoyed a life contributing to the thriving Seattle Area Jazz Community.  He has rerecorded two albums as leader and has been a featured artist with diverse groups such as the Tacoma Symphony, the Spokane Jazz Orchestra, Seattle Women’s Jazz Orchestra, The Spokane Symphony and many more.

Mr. Bergevin leads groups including the Javatown Swing Orchestra and the Jazz Punishments Big Band. A successful music teacher, Jake is currently the Department Chair and Director of Bands at Edmonds-Woodway High School. Under his direction, the EWHS Jazz Ensemble is a five-time finalist in the prestigious Essentially Ellington Festival held in New York City.
